So What is the TipTaeTip Challenge?

The TipTaeTip or Tip To Tip if you're unfamiliar with the Scottish accent, may be the sort of challenge that you will decide to do alone while sitting in front of your living room fire on a Tuesday night, it could be the sort to raise money for a charity, it could be a lone personal journey or an adventure enjoyed with friends.

It will always be a challenge however you decide to do it for whatever cause or reason, and it will require a plentiful supply of blood, sweat and tears, and often all 3 at once. You could do the TipTaeTip challenge while training for a longer route such as LEJOG or one of the American National Scenic Trails, raise some money for charity, or just for some good old fashioned fun.

In Scotland, we don't have the same space that some North American Trails can cover as we are just a small country, but we make up for our size with great variation. At around 510 miles / 821 km in length, TipTaeTip will still be an incredible challenge even to the most experienced of walkers.
